1. Caffeine and other stimulants. Just keep yourself going by ingesting as many stimulants as you can. It's possible to go a few days without sleep, if you really want to do so.
2. Make more room in your schedule for sleep this weekend. You were thinking of this already, but it's still an option.
3. Power naps. Try to find 15-minute intervals throughout the weekend where you can sleep, and then do so. Rather than getting your sleep all at once, you'll get just enough to keep you going. This is ideal if you have other people around who can wake you up.
Anyway, I can tell you why your body is rejecting everything. It's probably related to some kind of illness or stress. Illness is an obvious cause, and I think you would have noticed that. But stress... often you are unaware of stress, and tend to internalize it such that it affects your body. When stress is not dealt with appropriately, emotional/psychological issues can manifest as physical issues, like difficulty in eating or sleeping. Sometimes even pain.
Providing you can get back on schedule tonight, you can eventually catch up over the wekend and might even feel almost human tomorrow. It might help if you do some vigorous exercise in the evening and skip the caffeine. It works for me.
I am gonna take the first half of the day off and lay down listening to audio books.
I redact everything I have written or will write on this forum prior to, subsequent with and or after the fact of its writing. For entertainment purposes only and not to be taken seriously nor literally.
