None. I tried it once to see if it worked though.

It's not that it would bother me greatly, I just value communication and discussion too much. Ignoring is also a unilateral decision and can be unfair to the other person. We trust our better judgement regarding our perception of other people's intentions and opinions, way too much.

None. Just because someone is bugging me doesn't mean I don't still want to see what they're saying.

I mean if I really wanted to ignore someone it would be more satisfying to do that using my own will without the ignore feature.

However, there are a number of times I have used the ignore feature on IRC (namely #intp and #intj on Ecnet). Most of the time because people sometimes spam/flood the channel with caps or stupidity, and the mods haven't had a chance to deal with them yet. But there are some people who have chosen to repeatedly troll me on the issue of my boyfriend whenever I bring him up, and essentially these people only have one goal in mind: to change my ways or make me feel like shit, masquerading as "advisors" to me. These people have no interest whatsoever in being able to see my point of view. Not only are their comments and behaviour insulting and disrespectful to me, but to those I care about. And they are repeated and persistent. Soon mods were able to tell said irc members to lay off and stop disrespecting, as there was no way to counter their behaviour on my part. But before that for a period I got fed up and used ignore - I didn't want to outright lash out at them because I chatted with those people daily (although I did lash out later, which is what got the mod's attention lol), but if I kept listening to them then my negative feelings would just escalate.

None...I don't see the reason for it...unless someone is stalking me and threatening my life.

I have put people on ignore on other sites, mostly because they were annoying me with useless chit chat and they didn't catch the subtle hints to talk about something interesting or go away.

Several mods would disagree with that.

Nooooboooody, although I've contemplated it recently. I'd rather facepalm and be abrasive, than tune out though.

Zero. Mainly because I don't care/don't get angry, but also because I don't know how too.
