My philosophy is sort of a mix of humanistic psychology and eastern spirituality balancing the scientific view I've inherited. I think that different perspectives are most important in keeping you sane.

    - The world is run by abstractions that are given too much credit

    - Clock is ticking. Say yes rather than no
    - All choices have good and bad sides
    - There is a niche for me
    - Don't sacrifice your personality

But, most importantly, these are all perspectives, and none of them should be taken as a law.

I'd like to say that my philosophy is not to commit to any philosophy in particular. But since that is a philosophy in itself and is therefor a contradiction, I can not.

    Thus is my philosophy!

So you're not commiting to any philosophy, not even not to commit to a philosophy, which means you could easily commit to a philosophy at any point in the future and it would not be against your philosophy.

    Only on a rainy day.

I could keep this up forever, but I need to go. In any case. I'll just stubbornly do what I think is right.

Hold on, everyone! I just remembered 2 of my other philosophies!

"Do not treat people differently based on their race, gender, sexuality or other inconsequential aspect. This philosophy obviously does not apply to romantic and sexual situations."

"If you hit me, I'll hit you back, and that's not being an asshole, it's fair."

you'll find plenty of people who will agree with you
    if you look for them.

    don't look.

I really don't fancy sitting among the trash of my trailer with my head in the clouds.

Thank God we don't have any trailer trash here. We don't have trailers, we have caravans. And we don't even have trash, we have garbage. Put the garbage out, we say - not the trash.

We fear that living in a trailer with our trash may lead to trashy thinking. And you only have to read my philosophy above to see it is not garbage, and I am not caravan garbage. Thank you very much!
So you're too good to associate with people like me? S'okay. You wouldn't be the first one to feel that way.

I personally prefer trailers to apartments and I've heard it's very expensive to buy a home in Australia. Sounds like a nice place generally, though.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

I don't have a life philosophy. I just live life and I try to to and get what I want. Making up philosophies about that seems a bit of a waste of time to me.
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.
