"How dreadful!" cried Lord Henry. "I can stand brute force, but brute reason is quite unbearable. There is something unfair about its use. It is hitting below the intellect." ~ Oscar Wilde - The picture of Dorian Gray
If you still need someone, send me a PM and I'll give you my AIM/ICQ/Yahoo info.
Murphy Brown: What is it with us? Why can't we take the easy road once in awhile?
Avery Brown: Because it's boring and dishonest and uncomfortable, like wearing a pair of shoes all day that pinch your feet.
If this is anything serious - as in, you're contemplating suicide, self-harm or if you're going through any psychiatric crisis, you NEED to call 911 (if in the U.S.) or any emergency hotline. Immediately.
In the U.S., for suicide: 1-800-273-8255.
If you're going through ANY emergency you should be calling your regional emergency number. We can't help you with these matters, and you shouldn't be waiting for us to respond anyway if there's a serious emergency. STOP READING AND CALL NOW.
If it's NOT an emergency, sorry. But I've seen people consult forums and Yahoo! Answers for emergency situations. And I don't think they were trolling. In fact, I once caught my former roommate going on Yahoo Answers when the stove caught on fire, and he was asking for advice on how to put fires out on that forum. Me, I RAN to the kitchen, used the fire extinguisher and called 911. And then evicted the idiot.
