I never use drugs at all, I dont even like using prescribed medicines but I do because otherwise I couldnt live with my ulcer, hayfever or pain in my left arm from a massive laceration which has healed over.

I very seldom drink alcohol and if I do its usually because I've been out some place, I dont keep alcohol in the house and some of my family actually have problems with alcoholism, acknowledged and unacknowledged/denied, which has adversely effected my ability to enjoy it even. I certainly wouldnt enjoy a drink on my own.

I don't use drugs recreationally and I rarely get drunk, so no. The rare time when I do get drunk, the last thing I am likely to do is try to read or type... I've never actually barfed from alcohol, but the one time I came close was when I tried to write in my journal while drunk.... it felt kind of like reading while in the car. And I could barely read what wrote in the morning, although it was fairly coherent.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Don't do drugs but I'm a-feared of posting, texting or calling drunk. People say you can't tell when I'm hammered but it's most likely because they're also feeling no pain at all!

I've never gotten the chance to post while under the influence. Smoking and drinking is a purely social activity for me, and I don't really have the opportunity to get on the forum.

One time I ate Sudafed, half of a Rolaids, and some St. Joseph's Baby Aspirin because I had a boo-boo and it hurt. I posted here and I felt crazy pants, got woozy, and then fell out of my chair as my shoes flew off my feet and bounced off the ceiling.

One of the most amazing things about my personality is how consistent I am. Even if I were drunk, I would still be unquestionably me. Even when I am in a bad mood, I'm consistent with my normal self. In some cases I think folks who are inhibited forget about their inhibitons when intoxicated. I have never been inhibited, which is why I am a loon all of the time.

Regret is for those who can't accept accountability for their words and actions in real time.
