Pizza cooks can earn a lot of money in the right places actually. I mean, many cooks I know earn around 3000 euros-month, which is a good salary over here (similar to bank manager).

What happens when someone argues with your own version of sloppy thinking.. do they get banned ??
Chill out. I'm just participating in the discussion, and you're taking it up to another level.

Well, fair enough. I was thinking of like delivery pizza places. My husband worked at Pizza Hut when we met and that was fine, but he wasn't planning to stay there forever. His pot use didn't make him unambitious like some people assume it does.

maybe it's because my mind and/or the minds of others I know work differently when I smoke than people are framing here (i don't know people who are dumb lazy stoners, though I'm aware they exist) but I think there is some serious underestimating going on concerning the ability to actually DO stuff when you're high. Please correct me if i am misinterpreting you, but i really do have to deal with this line of thinking all the time.

I'll smoke before classes that include philosophical/theoretical discussion (AKA all of my major classes).
I'll smoke before orchestra practice, or choir practice, or before I practice violin.
I'll smoke before I write essays.

I don't smoke before I do stuff I don't know how to do well.

If you can do the job and be high, what's the big deal? I assure you plenty of people do, it's just dependent on the nature of their job.

Well I have been known to jump at shadows.

And maybe you are a smart ass, I am being told.. and I am misunderstanding that.. if that is the case, my apologies.

There are a few more nuanced ideas in there if you look closely but those seem to be the broad views.

It seems like "shrug, not a huge deal but its vaguely negative" and "hell yeah" are the most popular views here.
