People keep associating love with People.
What about love for objects? Love for theories? Love for Truth?

    that's why its a catch 22 question.

If I was a functioning person, then I would chose love.
I agree with YWIR, though. Love isn't always associated with people -- the love for finding the why or the "answer" drives me in life. I wish it were my love for people that drove me, but it isn't.

I have a love for the truth.

Truth encompasses love with itself. It shows where love truly exists. You are saying that love isn't true, which at times is true, but to say that it completely excludes it, I think, is untrue.

If love is true, then truth encompasses love. So, truth. Love is fleeting and misjudged. Truth is real.
What is normal to one, is incomprehensible to another.

ALL anger in this world stems from a lack of control.

All of reality bows to the illusion of life and death.

10 points to Slytherin! I think is also a great example of the difference between the way of getting to the same answer, but with different logic a.k.a. INTJ vs INTP.

Both or neither. If that's unacceptable, then piss off.

Interesting. When I first read the question I thought the exact opposite. I would choose love because love is larger than truth and encapsulates it. Truth has no meaning outside of the context of love. That is truth finds its meaning and purpose within the relationship that love creates.

But, the more I think about it the more I believe in the interdependency of the concepts. Truth is meaningless without love, but love requires truth and is not love without it. I believe they are both enduring and eternal.
Take the weakest thing in you
And then beat the bastards with it
And always hold on when you get love
So you can let go when you give it

Hmmm, for the most part yes, I would disagree only at "Truth is meaningless without love..."

My own bias but truth is never meaningless.
