    Eleven can definitely pull bow ties off. Those and fezzes.

    In general, though, it probably depends on how they are worn.

    Not a fan - never met a person who wore bowties who wasn't a pretentious douchebag or posing as one for Halloween.

    I like them. I bought my first bow tie last summer, but I have yet to wear it. I've known quite a few guys that wore them regularly. Most of them were from South Carolina.

    I'll also add that some were pretentious douchebags and others were anything but that.

    Bow ties rock. It always makes me think of old-timey gentlemen that end up as professors..

    Some guys don't look great in them. Just like some guys in suits still look like their mothers are making them go to sunday school they just don't pull them off as well.!

    I was thinking of elderly gentlemen and professors there as well... it's quite proper for them to wear bowties!
