i've heard that's actually extremely effective due to the fact that the motion forces muscles throughout your body to balance out the repetitive vibrations. Applying a large amount of force (straight weight lifting) is just one way to work your muscles; carefully applying torques and mechanical vibrations is another

Yeah, somebody else brought this up in vent before.

Most retarded thing I have ever seen.

You will certainly tone your muscles, but you couldn't build any substantial amount of strength from doing this like the commercial claims it can. And plus, larger weight and that kind of movement, you're far more likely to pull or strain something and keep yourself from doing any more training for an extended period of time.

If you're into the vanity lifting to build a better looking beach body, this seems like it will work - but the risk of pulling or straining something is too great for me to even want to try this thing out.

Plus, I'd rather not feel like I'm training for the Handjob Olympics while I'm working out.

Yup, it works fine. It didn't work the first time I tried to watch it (all I saw was the code), but I reloaded the page and it worked then.

Fair enough, but you can accomplish this doing static hold isometrics and max force isometrics without any risk of injury.

LMAO at the parody. "In just 6 mins a day you can get arms that can jerk off a rhinoceros... you'll be able to squeeze cum from a stone!"

Man, who the hell makes shit like this? The guy's commercial is just the gayest shit I've ever seen. I wouldn't be caught dead buying one of these. I'll just shake my own hammer.
