I have a stupid question. Is meditation supposed to have a physical reaction? Cause I tried it, and think I induced a stroke.
So this thread got me curious to see what this meditation thing was all about. I was sitting there and trying to clear my mind. Which wasn't all that hard. Then I just sat there for a bit and started getting this tingling sensation between my eyes. Then that sort of went away, and it was in my cheeks instead. I just kept my mind focused, then by the end that sensation went through out my body. I had no thought epiphanies or thoughts of any kind really. When I stopped I noticed I moved slower and more precisely. That was about it.
Now the left side of my face is drooping and I keep stuttering my words....
*The dropping and stuttering may or may not have actully happened.
...I don't think I'm capable of meditating, but I'll try it. o.o I'll see if I can do it on my own first before I try it with a group. I've always been interested in meditation and such but figured it wasn't for me; sitting still and doing nothing is hard for me, I'm always thinking about something, doing something, feeling like I should be doing something, or thinking about possibly forgetting that I should be doing something...
