Gotcha! I thought that is what it was. My laziness prohibited me from researching it though

I am worried it would make my hips look smaller, though

it would add more weight than say a straight skirt would...but if your hips are narrow you could find one with pockets or detailing on the hips...it's just about creating balance so if your chest is the fullest area i would add visual weight to the hips/ass area with ruffly skirts or jeans....maybe i'll try to find some outfits later.

Yay! I am so proud of my body, as my ass is less flat. I used to have a SUPER flat ass, but it is getting nicer. Go lack of cellulite! It could be from working out.

My hips aren't so much narrow as the same proportion as my upper body (excluding the breast) and I am worried about how much more I would end up widening them.

    Go for:

    -A-line skirts (the best!)
-halter tops make the arms and shoulders stand out, creating the illusion of a balanced body.
    -tops with flowing fabrics.
-mid-raise pants will make your torso look longer, hence making the waist look smaller.

    Avoid:

-skirts or trousers which are full at the waist.
-pants with back pockets. The less details, the better.
    -tight tops.
    -flared jeans.

Halter tops (not dresses) seem to make my bust look massive

Are you sure it wouldn't throw me out of proportion?

Flowing fabrics make sense. But again, how would that accentuate the waist?

well i'm not talking about strapping pillows to them or anything...was just saying...balance...you know...if you're top heavy...you might want accentuate the bottom half to even out the top.

Something like this looks about right.
Accentuates the waist and adds a bit of volumn to the hips. The details to the hips also detracts from the simplicity of the bust area and draws the attention away. It would also go with your colouring. Retails at 42gbp

You could wear a short waisted jacket with it, if pref.

Hot damn, I like that dress! It reminds me of those wiggle dresses a bit....

And I skirts, but they typically are flowy ones, like shorter silk ones (to show off my sexay legs )

have you seen those tiny lil jacket tops that have cap sleeves and just tie in the front? i would do something like that over sleeveless things...to even out the top part...i wouldn't wear flowy tops unless they had a cute tie or something in the waist...your chest being bigger could make you look heavier than you are if you don't define your waist.
