Waited til the absolute last minute to order my books (I do it every semester) so I ended up paying almost 20 dollars next day shipping on a text. I justify this amount by how much I will use it, and also the cost is way below par with how many pages it has (~3000) O_o

the other books I rented and will probably never use (strong google tendencies), but I get them just in case.

Me: "This deli mustard tastes like shit."
    Friend: "it's horseradish"
    Me: "Maybe it's expired."
    Friend: "I just bought it!"
Me: "This is literally the worst mustard I've ever tasted."

I got it later when I put the jar back in the refrigerator.

Friend: I've been trying to call you since nine this morning.

Me: My ass you have, I've been home all day.

Friend: Excuse me? I called and called! I waited for your machine to pick up but it never did and I didn't have your mom's number.

Me: (lightbulb goes off) Oh wait, I yanked it out of the wall because all these asshole candidates kept calling with those recorded messages. Oops.

Friend: See. I fuckin' told you. If you'd just let Matt get you a cell phone, we wouldn't have this problem.

Me: Suck my balls, I'm NOT getting one. There will be other boat rides.

My friend sent me a text jokingly if I saw a tornado as there was a tornado watch.
Due to the fact that our town has never actually had a tornado (knock on wood), I was piss-my-pants excited at possibly seeing one.
So I sent a text to the guy I like saying, "DID YOU SEE IT!?"

He, of course, had no idea what I'm talking about.
"What? What do you mean, did I see it?"
"The tornado! It's gonna suck us all up!"
"I'd much rather someone else be doing the sucking."
"No, no, THE TORNADO! IT'S HERE!"

I realized about two hours later what he meant. o_o

Busting my ass on the waxed floor. I was wrapped up in my own thoughts that I didn't notice two of my buddies scraping excess wax from the floorboards and I saw my boots pointed at the ceiling in about... two seconds XD

When I was dancing, it was the waltz section of it. And everything was going fine even though I have no idea what I'm doing with waltzing. So I decided to try to dip her, and I dropped her!

She was only about 2 inches from the ground, so she wasn't hurt at all. It was just an epic fail moment! We laughed our heads off though.

I was walking around an old War of 1812 battle site on the St. Lawrence River today and all I kept saying was 'I don't see any dead bodies' and 'where are the dead bodies'

    as a joke of course.

I felt like baking, but the store was closed since it is 5.30 on a sunday, so I walked a couple of miles to the 24/7 shop to buy yeast. Now I don't feel so much like baking anymore.

i decided to go to finland. I was on the airplane and then I didn't feel so much like going anymore, so I jumped out and pulled my parachute. I went for a swim.
