I can't really think of any.

Maybe this one time when I had an interview I was stressed about, and my mom asked me a simple question that unintentionally wound up changing how I view the world. That was neat.

In October 2005, I wrecked my car after someone slipped me a roofie while out drinking with friends... I ended up with a DUI (which thankfully, I was able to defer so it never went on my record as a conviction)... After that though, my days of drinking three to four drinks when out with friends were over. And now, I don't even drink at all.

    ^^Kymb..
This reminded me of one guy, he is very smart guy and believes in God... was telling me story about how he was driving a car on sea shore... and huge rock fell on his car (part in front of the front window??).. and he said "you see, from that day, I know there is god... who saved me, i could die if i was only 1 milisec sooner on that spot"..

    my answer was:
yeah, god threw that rock in the first place

(thing is, we were talking about does god exist, and he used that example as proof of god so I HAD to say that haha)

I don't talk about these moments. They're too negative.
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

Some negatives can lead to a positive outcome though.

Indeed, but that's not a reason to talk about them.

I have a list of life changing moments, I measure my progress by them. I feel like I started life several yards before the starting line, so progress is important to me.

My first and most important life changing moment was as a 15 year old Jehovah's Witness. They are a religious group that's a borderline cult and follow a strange fundamentalist version of the bible. They are also intolerant of any free thought, or any situations that might allow a person to think a free thought.

I imagined there was some kid like me in some other country, on some other continent who believed his beliefs just as strongly as I did mine. And if those beliefs are different, he wouldn't know the difference and consider me wrong and possibly an enemy. I immediately knew I couldn't be a Jehovah's Witness any longer and stopped going to their services, much to the dismay of my parents. That choice led me to a completely different place that I would've never been able to reach otherwise.
