    They can't be real, this totally seemed like a hoax to me. I'd be shocked if it were a real exchange.

    I can't imagine the customer putting up with shit like that and keeping their cool. There's no way I would if that happened to me.

    It seemed to me almost like the dialogue that would occur in a TV show, just sarcastic bullshit. But if it's real, then yeah, he's a total asshole.
