You do realise though that psychologically you are creating more stress by behaving that way.

Making up conditions for myself while passing a stop light...example: if the light turns yellow when I pass the light me and my boyfriend will not last, or if the light turns red when I pass the light I will have a good day at work. I'm so weird .

I do this too, but not exclusively with stoplights.

I used to break stuff when I'm in a fight, feels so liberating (once or twice a year thing). Not so much anymore though, cleaning shards of glass off the floor is annoying lol.

I do when I wear a watch, which is rare now. Most of the women's watches were unattractive at least for my (low) price range, when I bought it. All dainty and so on.

I "talk" to myself by moving my lips, but not actually making any sound.

I take the cotton off the Q-tips because I think it feels better. Love cleaning my ears, it's weird. My eyes roll into the back of my head and everything.

    I've got an ear-thing, too.
I used to take my electric back massager, put it on full speed and put it against my ears if they were itchy.
    Sweet lord, so goood

mmm, eargasm. I hadn't even thought of that as being a weird thing, but it's nice.
