I'm really happy right now because Biaxident posted in my thread. I love dat guy.
Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?

Nope. Well, at least I can't. I started a topic about it a while back actually. I've just always "lived in the present" so it's hard for me to grasp the concept of not doing so.

I don't see that abstractions of future thinking and past thinking would separate a person from living in the present. It seems it is only the person moving out of themselves that separates them from the present.

I don't see why a person that is extraverted intuitive would not be living in the present. It would seem that the present included lateral possibilities latent in the moment.

It would seem that either an ambivert or someone with a good balance of introverted and extraverted functions, regardless of what they are would be the most present in the moment. Living in the present being the dynamic relationship between the self and the environment.

Well, Ygolo posted a survey about satisfaction with life here: Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS)

Maybe everyone can take the survey and we can pool the results together somehow.

That would give us a pretty good idea of who the happiest people at TypoC are.

Then when we've narrowed it down to the happiest people at TypoC, we can put them under intense scrutiny and endless interrogatons in order to determine once and for all who is THE happiest person at TypoC.

Ok, so.....how would we pool the results together?
Anyone have a clue? cause I sure as hell don't.

Awww! Thanks! I'd like to think that I'm a happy person, generally. Though I've got to go with the crowd on this one and vote for you and Halla. Like I said in that one thread that was popular a while ago, one of the shortest books ever written would be written by the two of you, and titled "The Darkness of my Soul"...

I could never be at that level
