the secret to happiness no matter what is to just develop the ability to be able to enjoy the great things around you no matter what else is going on... I have too short of an attention span to be too upset about anything most of the time... life is too short not to focus on what's awesome!

Really? He always comes across quite bitter to me...

I've been repeatedly told that I have a sunny disposition, but it's only cos I don't see any point bringing others down. Underneath it, I've not really been happy for quite a while.

Yeah I'll join the Halla fanclub

Ivy, whatever and Proteanmix always seem pretty happy to me, so does Jennifer (now).

That's not easy to answer, because not everybody will exteriorize happiness. It's also somewhat hard to clearly define happiness: do you take an "average" or an "integral"? In the first case, a person with large positive spikes will lead over a person whose happiness is found in being calm and conent, and vice versa. Okay, I understand I'm being NT-nitpicky, but I can't help it

I also think some people appear much grumpier on forums, than they actually are in real life? Sure as hell I know I do, if I were to be so nitpicky in real life I'd likely have no more friends
