Mostly, but on my phone I take a few shortcuts. Spelling changes like "u" for "you", which isn't really grammar.

Yes. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, the whole lot. Plus smileys. With IMing, some things have started to slip in, so I'm on a downward spiral, apparently. And I also mirror the people I talk with but I don't do it on purpose.

I can't bring myself to use text shortcuts like "u" or "ur" or "2" or "4" for words. But I will skip apostrophes just because of the way it disrupts my texting flow.

    Number 1.

I hate bad grammar. To the point of being known for dumping guys who make grammar mistakes both in text messages and e-mails.

I strongly dislike people who don't utilize correct grammar and punctuation.
Well, I know some can't help it... But most are conscious of it.

hahaha, only grammar nazis here. I might be called a grammar nazi, I use a lot of spoken language though. Also, I don't use wrong grammar when writing in real life, so why should I use it on the internet? It takes much longer.
