What cheers me up when I am down:
- Venting out the emotions with a trusted friend, without being told what to do about it, just getting the emotional crap out makes me feel better.
- Getting a big wet kiss from my dog, and playing with her.
- Playing keyboards/piano.
- Taking a walk outside and absorbing the atmosphere around me, taking notice of nature.
- Draw, do something artistic.
- Listen to music.
