What cheers me up when I am down:

    - Venting out the emotions with a trusted friend, without being told what to do about it, just getting the emotional crap out makes me feel better.

    - Getting a big wet kiss from my dog, and playing with her.

    - Playing keyboards/piano.

    - Taking a walk outside and absorbing the atmosphere around me, taking notice of nature.

    - Draw, do something artistic.

    - Listen to music.

ice cream, a clear rural night sky, cuddles, sex, some pretty thing in my field of view if girls aren't the reason why I'm down.

Today, it was the latest catalogue from my favourite lingerie store.

I received it via e-mail a few minutes ago.

-Talking to people seems to do the trick.
-Distracting myself with something I enjoy is another method which works for me.

However, I don't like bandaging whatever is bothering me/getting me down so I try to resolve whatever it is that is bothering me which for the most part does the trick. This is the reason why I hate dealing with problems that has people involve, because it is generally the messiest to solve and the result is not always what one envision (since the most efficient way of solving the problem could get one a life in prison).

    Blow.
Mercifulness is not a trait that the weak can possess. The world is full of idiots who like to think that they are merciful in order to forget that they actually are weak.

    Sleep.

Writing sometimes but sometimes that just makes it worse. Sometimes loads better though.

Sleep pretty much always works. A 'break' from whatever is going on in my head. A pause.

Unless my sleep is troubled too. But usually its worth it even if I have a bad night because- well- I can deal with it and it doesnt really push me further DOWN for more than a few seconds.

Showers sometimes too. Really hot or really cold ones. Either way.

    But sleeps the best
