Fedex and the fact I have to sit waiting for them when all I want to do is just get away from everything and everyone for a while.

this building has two parking levels. they both have exits on the same side of the building that ramp up and down, respectively, to meet at the same elevation out onto another parking area outside, where i am parked.

considering that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, and that the distance from the exit of the elevator on either parking floor to the 3rd parking area by foot is the same distance (and with good legs, time lost going uphill on the way back would probably be less than the time it would take for the elevator to go down another floor) it makes the most sense to get off on the highest parking level.

somewhat smug with my decision, I press P1, exit, and walk out of the parking level and... walk through an extra 40-50' of rain, because the top level is halfway uncovered and it was raining outside.

well played, geometry, I thought... too bad you didnt consider the probability that someone living in this city likes rain

Win-lose relationships and the constantly grappling for the upper hand that comes with them because there is no real friendship only the constant struggle for power.

I hate it when I remember at 11:00p.m. that I have a paper due the next day at 11:00a.m.

    I am incensed.

I am taking a blended math course, and it is so much fucking work! But it's not the work that I'm incensed about.. oh no. It's the nit-fucking-picky flaming hoops I have to jump through! WebCT? What is the point?! I understand doing homework, tests, and quizzes. Yes. Got it. Love it. But WHY do I have to do "learning activities" where I have to copy your bullshit assignment, paste it into Word, save it as some fucking obscure file type I don't even know, which is why you didn't get my last 6 assignments, and then attach it to some upload tool. God damn you! I spent an hour working on those idiotic learning activites, only saved a couple of them because I reused the ridiculous format template you have us do it in.. and now you didn't even get them? GRRRRRRRRRR!

Web-CT... who made up that thing? It's a pleasant tool to use when it's just for self learning... it's a nightmare when it comes to quizzes and assignments.

Overall a nice thing... just badly misused.
