I am not sure why people who wear their pants/trousers under their asses bug me so much, but they do.

The doods I mean definitely have it under the balloon-knot, not just their belly-buttons.

I wondered about this myself, and I at first assumed it was just people hoping to "bug" people by doing it, just like some people like to play annoying "fingernails on chalk board" screechy music. I was told that the movement to wear extremely baggy pants started out as a way to show solidarity with prisoners, who are often forced to wear jumpsuits or pants/shoes which don't fit. Later, gangsters decided that baggy pants were more effective at concealing guns and/or contraband. Many kids who feel it obligatory to wear them don't know these things either, however; and it's funny to watch them trip on their own pants sometimes, when they have to suddenly run to catch something, or have an otherwise unexpected motivation.

Yeah, man, are you like, down with da street ?

I'll keep an eye out for giving you a shout out. I just came from INTPc where such behavior is considered OMG reprehensible.

Not to be confused with gorgeous women wearing hip hugger pants that accentuate their long so-called "gambler's legs" ( Vegas ? ) . I've seen some women from Japan wearing off-the-shelf pants that look like they were custom made for them to pour themselves into. The flares on their cuffs coming exactly low enough.....

Maybe you thought those were called "hipsters" Bella.

I like the hipster/flare combo. 60's style. Not that I have any - I wish.

I heard on QI that the below the belt-line jeans wearing meant that you're up for it in prison.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.
