Commercials breaks in TV shows, commercials preceding videos on the web, pop-ups, radio commercials, and any other push form that is overly "pushy." I hate them with a vengeance. Sometimes, when I can't fast forward through them, I stick my fingers in my ears and say "blah, blah, blah" real loud, till the ads are over.
I prefer pull-form. I actually like it. When I am searching for a new refrigerator, I want ads about refrigerators. When I am searching for books on a particular topic, I want adds about books (and other media) about that topic.
