My boss asked if I could make sure to not make a mistake (I haven't erred before) on a particular project while I was eating...
...the South Park song "Kyle's Mom" popped into my head and won't go away.

Getting a call this morning that almost the entire staff wouldn't be at work and I better be. Showing up to work then the power goes out, sitting with a bunch of waiting patients in the dark. An hour later power comes back on but my computer breaks. Our software doesn't work, so we have to reconfigure the server or some shit on hold with tech support. Patients getting cranky from the extended wait and threatning me with leaving. Phones ringing off the hook. Then a doctors office calling to say they STILL haven't received notes on a patient and opening the chart to find (count them) SIX fax confirmation sheets.
At which point everything just seemed to stop, and I started laughing my freaking ass off.
Sometimes life is just completely ridiculous.

How ridiculously slow a truck was driving in front of me. I know it was raining out, but driving at 20 mph in a 40 mph speed limit area is a bit ridiculous. I just had to laugh about how slow the thing was going, I think that I could have watched water boil faster than that thing drove. I must have waited about a minute for the light to change at the intersection, and then saw the same truck still slowly making a turn about a quarter of a mile down the road. I would have been down the next street before that truck was.
There's a point in being safe, and there's a point in being too slow that you lose efficiency and cause other problems down the road.

No lie, there was a curse put upon me to have a slow driver in front of me at all times. Everyone who is in a car with me agrees with this also. It's terrible!
I usually laugh, but honestly, just today, I was driving to class, and a car was going 25 mph the whole time on the 10 mile drive on a 45 mph road. Okay, that happens to me every day. On the way back, there was a pickup going 15 MPH!!!! And then on my way into town, a girl was driving 35 on a 55 mph road. And then she was in front of me at a broken traffic light, where she was too stupid to realize it was broken and we were sitting there for a good 15 minutes.
I really think that people in Pennsylvania CANNOT DRIVE! THEY'RE SO DUMB!!!
