    I'm sorry, Black Cat.

I sincerely hope that your father can fight the cancer, and that you can stay strong.

Even if your dad goes, he won't be gone altogether... you and everything he taught you would still be there. Whenever that day comes, your family will need you like you needed him. I hope on behalf of your family that now isn't the time for him to go. More so I hope that this event will inspire you to consider the time you have left with him in light of the day when you'll be in his shoes. God bless, dude.

Hey man. I hope he will be fine.

Oh BlackCat... that is so tough. My thoughts are with you and your family.

I'm sorry, BC. What a hard situation for you and him and all included to deal with.

Let us know what the results of the test show. Cancer is a weird beast. I've known some people who should have recovered and didn't, and others who weren't supposed to but did. A number of years back, my spouse actually got swollen lymph nodes to the point where we were very concerned, but they would not tell us anything about what they suspected (we just knew it wasn't good). The doctor did biopsies and then were very relieved to tell us that there was no malignancy -- apparently from all the symptoms and visual examination, they had actually been holding out no hope for it to be clean. You just don't know until you know.

Anyway, be true, hang strong, be there for your dad... and let him be there for you. You've got us here supporting you.
