The first was so forgettable (if one is lucky), I still can't get over the fact that you liked it. The Beatrice Kiddo's training/breaking out of the coffin scene in Vol II is worthy of a time capsul.

Kiddo's coffin "one inch punch" scene = classic. And then showing up at the diner with dirt all over her and asking for a glass of water.

    Opening of Goodfellas
When I was a kid and saw War Games, I thought the opening was so intense.
I liked the opening of X2 with lizard boy flying through the White House
The reveal scene of Usual Suspects
Meg Tilly's reveal in Body Snatchers
I think the character's name was Cutty in Clear and Present Danger - one where he battles Ryan over Operation Reciprocity
Final court scene from And Justice For All
I hadn't thought to check YouTube for some of these but the video montage/psych test from Parallax View
There was an amazing car chase scene in Ronin
I don't think any list would be complete w/out the Fight Scene between Keith David and Rowdy Roddy Piper in They Live

The nightclub scene in the opening to Blade. It's just... hmm.. cool. Great music, too.

Guess which movie I'm going to pick? The parade scene in Ferris Bueller of course! Also the classroom scenes are priceless.
Also the entire movie Rushmore is awesome.

    Fukkatsu no hi (1980)
    aka "Virus" - USA, France

The last scene in this movie when Dr. Yoshizumi says "Life is wonderful."

You have to have seen the movie and know the context to get the full impact of it.

Since I am talking about this movie, I will mention another scene in it. When Dr. Yoshizumi is leaving and Marit says "MAKE him come back!" and she seems so certain that her very passion in saying it can actually make him come back, that just seems so very NFP to me. It gets me everytime.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

Another favorite scene is one in the movie Firelight where the male and female lovers touch hands in the hallway.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

In the movie The Best Years of Our Lives

"Every soda jerk in this country thinks he is somebody!" scene.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    It's A Wonderful Life

The scene with George on the phone and then he kisses Mary.
