    Oy vey.

    Let's just be honest, here.

Everyone wants to be seen, and understood, and appreciated as a unique individual.

And, in fact, we all are, each and every one of us.

    Who cares about being popular.

Who cares what other strangers think of you.

What matters is what you think of yourself, and what people who know you think of you.

It's all a matter of scale, the larger you zoom out, the more similar all of us become, but the more you zoom in, the more unique we become.

    -the end

I think I'm unique - at least, on the forum, i.e. no one reminds anyone of me, and no one reminds me of me. Unless anyone can come up with someone with similar vibes to me who frequents this forum. That would be cool.

But that's the context that I'm thinking of the question in. Besides that - yeah, everyone's unique. But why turn this into a philosophical discussion?

IZthe411 reminds me a bit of you, EJCC in that you are both warmer than both people typically imagine your respective types being. You are also frequently maligned by others because of your type, and you both have handled those people respectfully and graciously, while not apologizing for who you are either. Both of you have done an excellent job of hosting threads (and remaining, despite the rarity of STJs sticking around on here) and being open to answering all kinds of questions from other people, which has been most helpful.

That's really the only comparison that comes to mind though.

This is a good point; I do actually have to commend EJCC for being very cool and collected.

'Course, I don't expect anyone to remember that simulatedworld ever said anything positive.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

Why thank you, Sim! I do work hard at it. I hold in quite a few angry comments, because I would rather that people like me, even if I dislike them. Makes things a lot easier and close to hassle-free. (It's my 2 wing )

I'll remember! I know you don't like to BS, but maybe if you complimented people most times they do something you appreciate, people will see that you're not all serious and crusaderly.

Same advice goes to Jaguar. You guys can both be positive, but you don't show it that much, and I think that's a shame.

I actually do. People just don't remember. The negatives stick more naturally in people's memories than the positives. Also, there aren't many people on the forum who do things I appreciate very often.
