I usually see Stephen Hawking listed as INTJ.

Carl Sagan has always been one of my favorites as well, INTP or not. Now we have Neil Degrasse Tyson; ENTP, perhaps?

Um, other than the bolded (and maybe Walt Disney), I'm not sure about the others.

Genghis Khan is especially dubious. One, because he's almost a mythic figure and second I always thought he's military domination was due to being some kind of TJ...What about Shaka Zulu?

For ENFP females, I always point to Ani DiFranco for rl example of ENFP and Clementine from "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" as fictional example.

    Franklin: Genius inventor, playboy.

Alexander and Khan: Very similar. Lucky bastards with a grand vision and brilliant, inventive tactics; who never did plan shit. Alexander is almost always typed as ENTJ, but there's zero historical evidence for J in his case.

Jon LaJoie is a definite Ne-dom, and probably a T given how crude his lyrics are.

Walt Disney is a historically confirmed ENTP.

Carroll is hard to type, but given he seemed rather sociable and was a physicist when he wasn't tripping balls and writing about rabbits in a rush, I would type him ENTP.

Also, this thread is now about the most awesomest person ever of each type (real and then fictional, not including yourself).

    ENTP-
Real: fucking Khan (Honorable Mention: Alexander)
    Fictional: Captain Jack Sparrow

    ENTJ-
Real: Julius Ceasar (Honorable Mention: General Sherman)
    Fictional: Commander John Sheridan

    INTP-
    Real: Otto Oppenheimer (HM: Tesla)
Fictional: Darth Revan (HM: Spike Spiegel)

    INTJ-
    Real: Augustus Ceasar
    Fictional: Palpatine

    ESTP-
    Real: Andrew Jackson
Fictional: Jules Winnifield (Of "English Motherfucker" fame)

    ISTP-
    Real: Stonewall Jackson
Fictional: Alucard (HM: McGyver, Han Solo and countless badass ISTP heroes)

    ESFP-
    Real: Casanova
    Fictional: Captain Jack Harkess

    ISFP-
    Real: Queen Victoria
    Fictional: Kyon

    ESTJ-
    Real: Rommel
    Fictional: Asuka Langley

    ISTJ-
Real: Stalin, the Man of Iron
Fictional: Darth motherfucking Vader (this is actually his full name, and if it isn't it should be )

    ESFJ-
    Real: Cleopatra
    Fictional: Paladin Alexander Anderson

    ISFJ-
Real: Bloody Mary (Queen Mary I of Scotland)
    Fictional: Piper Halliwell (Charmed)

    ENFP-
    Real: Franz Haydn
    Fictional: Mello (Death Note)

    INFP-
    Real: Mr Rogers
Fictional: Erik, the Phantom of the Opera

    ENFJ-
    Real: Goebbels
    Fictional: The Sixth Doctor

    INFJ-
    Real: Der Fuhrer
    Fictional: Dracula

By Khan, I assume you mean Genghis Khan, not KHAAAAAAN! Khan. That Khan is ENTJ, and fictional. As for your fictional example, Londo Mollari from Babylon 5 is a far more epic ENTP than Jack Sparrow.

While Spike is awesome (and I'm glad someone agrees that INTP fits him best - the usual guesses of ISTP and ENTP don't, ENTP especially), I'd say L from Death Note is far moreso.

Spike from Buffy is also up there, but I agree, Alucard is more awesome.

Yes! Finally someone agrees that Kyon is an FP. He's very emotionally motivated (though clearly deficient in Fe), and lazy as all hell - the usual guesses of ISTJ and INTJ do not suit him at all.

Honorable mention should be given to Richard Nixon, here.

Franz Haydn?! While awesome, Donatien Alphonse François, Marquis de Sade virtually defined awesome, and was likely a rather twisted ENFP.

The Sixth Doctor is brilliant, but Ra's al Ghul fits better.

Honorable mention to Claude Frollo, hands down the most awesome Disney villain in existence (mostly due to Hellfire, his villain song).
