I'm so grown up you would probably puke to see it, but when I got the notice to have my 'what-iffer' removed, I hid it under a pile of bills and school permission slips.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.” ~ John Rogers
Invest 50 millions so it has the potential to grow and work for me. Buy real state in various areas that has potential for growth so I can resell at higher price or go broke from my miscalculation.
When I've secure my finantial situation, I will then spend the rest of my life doing what I do best...nothing.
Of course there is always my plan to find immortality so I can slowly make my way to the center of the galaxy to die in the super massive black hole that holds the milky way together. I would be spending millions of year alone in a spaceship contemplating what hell was I thinking. Phew...long range planning, hard stuff.

If you had $100 million the day you turned 30 due to inheritance, selling a company you started or some other fantasy, what would you do with yourself?
How would you spend your days? Would you be content just retiring? Would you do volunteer work? Would you work a real job or start a company, just to keep yourself busy? Start a family and simply contribute all of your extra time? What the hell would you do with yourself?
Hire a small, competent and compassionate team. Build one organization somewhere for a humanitarian cause. Get down and dirty trying to build this organization in some developing country, with an office in NYC or something. I would contribute all of my time and effort and expenses into it until I am sure it is being implemented and doing what it is supposed to. Then, I will adopt a kid or two.
There's nothing I would change about my personal life. What I would do however is start a series of small businesses where others could earn income and participate in an "open" business model. Businesses that are sustainably employee and customer centered vs. profit driven.
I'd take 50 million for myself and use the other 50 million to save girls that are being sold into prostitution in other countries. Or heck, I may just use it all on the girls because I don't need it. Do you know how many lives you could possibly save with that kind of money? It would be put into better use if I didn't keep it for myself. I'd probably just blow it off on crap that I don't need.
