I don't have this problem with all women, but enough that it constitutes a problem for me. Listen to what I say and actually think about it before you consider me wrong.

Got a problem with a gay kid?

Haha, it's because I'm the only one brave enough to start it. If it was someone else, they would get bashed.

And no, I'm pretty sure I still have a penis, just that I insert it in different holes.

-EDIT- And That's why I'm gay anyways. Don't like women !

Hmmm... if all men were as understanding as Halla74, there would be no need for this complaints thread. This thread sux. Complaining is a waste of time and energy. I think men genuinly try to listen and offer helpful solutions to our problems; maybe we don't see it that way when we're babbling under stress. We tend to vent for emotional support, which is something men may not realize, so I was just offering some effective ways to handle women when they're venting under stress. It's best not take the venting personally as something to 'fix' or to offer too many solutions at that point... less is more. Listen and sympathize was my recommendation. By the same token women misunderstand men when they start offering up all sorts of helpful solutions at that point. Yes, that's something women should also recognize and appreciate too. We really need men and I personally appreciate you guys.
You make some very interesting points. It took me 15 years, a few thousand dollars on marriage counseling, and a lot of chinks in my armor to figure out the core elements of this process.

It was actually very funny when I "had it down" and busted my wife the first time I "vented" to her and she blew it off with "You are overgeneralizing." And I said "All I wanted you to do is listen. Do those words sound familiar" She was so guilt tripped. I felt bad and told her it was fine...and then the grabbing and kissing started.

i love going for dinner...it's only going to be like a job interview if you are on a date with someone boring (just say no)

it annoys me how men's bodies can be so warm...like when they make the bed all hot in summer and it's hard to get comfortable.

other things that annoy me don't seem to be gender specific.

Dear men: why you gotta be so appealing?
