    Default Relational psychology: The castle

Answer what comes naturally to you and take time to really imagine yourself in the situation. Otherwise, it's not so fun... also you don't need to think in a survivalist mode.
    ---
    1. Imagine yourself on board a boat that is sinking. You manage to swim to a life boat and climb in. How many people do you see in the life boat with you?

    2. You row to the shore and see a vast desert before you. You collect some belongings and supplies that were on the life raft, and head out across the desert in search of salvation. How many pairs of shoes do you use?

    3. You walk for a long time, then you finally see a city in the distance. Upon entering the city, you see a castle that intrigues you and decide to go to it. After passing the gates you find yourself walking down the length of a long corridor leading to the throne room. You enter and see a king and a queen sitting side by side on the throne. What do both the king and the queen look like? What characteristics do they seem to embody?

    4. You leave and go down a spiral stairway. It's dark and shadowy, with torches lit intermittently along the walls. As you're walking down a lady (if you are a man) or a knight (if you are woman) from the court passes you by. You only catch a glimpse of their face, and they remind you of someone you know. Who did you see?

    5. They tell you that there is food and wine if you continue down the stairs. The stairs lead you to a banquet room and you see a long table with a golden goblet in the middle of the table. Looking inside the goblet, how full of wine is it?

    Analysis

    1. How many true friends you perceive you have.

    2. How many true loves you'll have before getting married.(or how many serious relationships you’ll go through before finally settling down with somebody. This test does not claim to predict the future, the answer is written kind of badly)

    3. What you imagine your ideal mate to be like. (People always imagine two old people sitting at their throne -including me- so “how they look like” isn’t exactly right. It’s better to think of how they think of each other, what their love life is like, how they help or hurt each other during a crisis.)

    4. This is the person you'll never get over for the rest of your life.

    5. How full it is represents how much of yourself you give in a relationship. Almost empty cup = you give almost no effort or love to maintain a relationship. Well, actually this is the old answer for this question. It only applies if you took this test before 11:30pm- Pasific Time, April 24, 2010.

    ---EDIT!!!!!!!!
I’ve changed the wording for question 5. Now it deals more with suspicion or trust vs. mistrust. I’ve changed it so that when the person you meet tells you that there is definitely food and drink at the banquet, you have the option of seeing if that person was lying.
The meaning of how much wine is in the cup has changed. Now the amount of wine deals with how much effort/love you expect your lover to give you. An empty cup = you expect no love to be given to you. 3/4 full = you expect to have to give only 25% of yourself in a relationship and the other 75% will be picked up by your lover.

Q:How would a mathematician capture an elephant?
A:He would build a cage, step inside, and rename his new location as "outside."

    2. 1 or 2 pairs

    3. Cold, analytical and just.

    4. Reminds me of someone super hot

    5. Nearly / completely full

Edward: Bebop here here! Alright woo hoo!
Weathergirl: Chance of rock showers today upgraded to 90 percent.
    Edward: Really.

I'll fix it so that there is more empty space between the answers and the questions. Thank you for calling this to my attention.

K, I got distracted enough to forget the questions LOL!

I did the other quizzes, and when I came back; I forgot everything.

    1. 1 person?

    2. 1 pair of shoes I use. Another one in the bag, in case I really need it or the first one is broken or something.

    3. They have a kingly/queenly aura? Powerful and strong, justice. They however respect me though.

    4. A very pretty lady; perfect features. Like out of a fairytale?

    5. Classic amount of wine in an old fashioned cup. I'll go with 3 quarters..

    1) 1
Who knows, I kind of just thought someone must have put the boat there.
    2) 1 pair
I don't vary my shoes much normally...
    3) languid, not really paying attention to much, could easily be corrupt
    Distrust of arbitrary Kings/Queens.
    4) no one, blank face
Might fit. Could just be lack of details in images of people. Even remembering events there are no faces just "people".
    5) full but not in danger of overflowing, about 3/4.
I can't really explain why I put more wine in the glass than normal.

The ideal mate is kind of funny with my natural distrust of "kings".

Because you speak Japanese and the number four (pronounced "Shi") means death?
