I try to be an early riser to the best of my ability. The problem is, without something to do, I tend to be very undisciplined and just can't help but stay up till those small hours. I'm thinking, I don't know, and I'll never know how to be disciplined enough to sleep at the right time... I don't know.

I simply can't tell. I go to bed early and wake up late, what does that make me? Lazy probably. I do love to sleep late but I have no problems with waking up early when I want to. Staying up late at night has never been something super-productive or exceptionally enjoyable to me either.

I love the quietness of starry nights, I love the freshness of early mornings, I am most productive between 10 am - 2 pm. The rest of the time I just am.

Well, for the sake of the poll, I choose night owl, it's easier to stay up late than to wake up early when I don't want to do it.

I go out of bed at 8-9 am usually (university allows this :P). Since society expects me to live in the day and sleep in the night, there is no real choice to do it the other way. I don't know how it would look like if I had the choice, but I believe I would be a night owl.

definitely early riser. I love sunshine, when it's dark outside i gradually become sleepy (that means I sleep much more in the winter, in may-june-july I can sleep 6 hours and be totally fine; in nov-dec-jan I need 9 hrs). When I get to bed and it's past 10 PM, I never need more than 5 minutes to fall asleep. On average I'd say I go to bed at 11 and wake up at 7

Night owl, though it depends on how I'm feeling, recently I get up earlier because of my job and I'm fine with that as well.

I'm up at 8am (latest 9am) every day. I actually feel guilty if I sleep in much longer than that, like I'm wasting my day. I've never been a 'night owl' type, even when I stay up late (2/3am at most) I'm still up at 8/9am the next day. No alarms or anything, the body just knows.
