I honestly don't care either way. I enjoy both depending on my mood for soda at all, anyway. The current loser is Pepsi, so I picked it.

    I hate them both.

I like Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb okay.

Dr Pepper tastes like ass. Pepsi's where it's at.

When people say that, I wonder how they know what "ass" tastes like.

Given the parameters, I picked Coke. But I don't really like the full sugar version of either. They're too heavy and leave a film on my teeth I don't like. I lovelovelove Diet Coke though, and would choose it over regular Coke on taste alone.

Concretely, it tastes like cough syrup.

You really gotta stop doing that with a lady who has a sore throat. You are what you eat an' all.

Weird thing is, sometimes Pepsi/Coke tastes like cough syrup when you're sick.

Cough syrup, eh? Don't know about Pepsi but I've read that Coke was invented by a pharmacist, and was originally a medicine for some ailment - but because it tasted so good, he decided to brand it as a pop drink. Now, virtually everybody enjoys it.

I think the original drink coke had cocaine in it, could be mistaken though
