Oohh, I spaced Maleficent. She may be an even better villain than Scar is. Judge Frollo was also an underrated Disney bad guy.

Lemony Snicket's Count Olaf was pretty cool, because he was just stereotypically devious

he left orphans on a train track

    was a great movie too

Close second: Kefka, from Final Fantasy VI, because he destroyed the world

My favorite is Dr. Doom. Specifically Dr. Doom in the Secret Wars is just awesome beyond description.

if you can destroy the world and then still find buddies then you've reached the level of Mega Villain!

For some reason I'm picturing Dracula, Stalin, and Cruella Deville hanging out at a Mets game together and kicking back a couple cold ones.

Good grief, Satan is a fictional villain.

Have you not read, "Paradise Lost", by John Milton.

There you will meet Satan in all his glory.

And you will realise that the villains get all the good lines as Satan recites, "I would rather rule in hell than serve in heaven".

Frankly Good Grief, you should take as your motto, "Non Serviam".
