Oh come on, he might be a genius, but how the hell is he supposed to win against a robot that can get shot about a hundred times with a bazooka and barely be scratched?

i don't know, lector is pretty much invincible against any human.
i think only jack bauer and chuck norris (or jason borne or ellen ripley) stand a chance against him.

Here are some more realistic matches:

    Lector vs Batman
    Jason Bourne vs Jack Bauer
    Ellen Ripley vs Lector
    Lector vs Predator
    Ellen Ripley vs the Joker
    Joker vs Jack Bauer

I don't think he's ever been stated as amazingly strong, durable or amazingly skilled at fighting. He's supposed to be strong, but I would doubt he were anything exceptional like Chuck Norris or Bruce Lee.

Well the version I watched.. The jokers is seen falling and laughing manically as he falls. Of course we don't see him hit the ground
.. But one assumes from that height, it is implied that he dies.

Lecter pretty much relies on people engaging him in dialogue for his influence. I don't see the Joker engaging him for very long before putting a bullet in his head like the agent of chaos he is. He would probably find it hilarious to shoot him as soon as he opened his mouth.

Batman on the other hand would be a sitting duck for Lecter.

He is a sociopath with no fear, that is the scary part.
I mean he eats other people.

Lecter doesn't always rely on engaging in dialogue. I believe it's silence of the lambs where he escapes from a holding pen using pretty much a paper clip or something, kills the guard swiftly with... I don't remember what. Either way. His skill is that he's super smart and super crafty.
Defintely one of my favorite villains ever.

Terminator. Lecter is good at mindgames, but not that good.

The Terminator (T-101, I'm assuming). How are you supposed to mindrape a robot?
