    What do you do to de-stress...

    Screwing around on the internet and cursing at people in video games like a 13 year old. Then pretending to be that 13 year old to see how much it takes before they either get pissed off and leave, say "Fuck You" and leave, or just leave.

    I really should get better hobbies.

    Agreed, but I was thinking more along the lines of physical activity or something... or emotional drainage. I tend to have a lot of energy and exercising just makes me more energetic so I don't know what to do with it...

    i do too...i stay up too late and sleep too little. i get way restless and need to get out of the house...go for a drive...meet someone for a drink if i can...go see a movie..

    i also feel very relaxed in nature...anywhere with a lil sun and a breeze and some water to look at...water in general relaxes me...showers or swimming whatever

    and music has a great effect on my mood...so a drive with music is nice.

    and if i were seeing someone...it would be relaxing to just lie with them on the couch and watch a movie.

    - listening to music that suits my mood

    Hmm... this almost sounds more like a technical question. If you are "E," supposedly you will lose energy by being alone. So, trying being alone, but not exercising? I can drain my own energy just by being around other people...
