Hmm, so that's where my brother has been all these years ...

Though they were never involved romantically, James and Blanchard traveled together around the world, stopping in the Caribbean to stash his loot in offshore accounts.
    INTP?

two jokes in one post, srsly I luv you guys

Edit: actually it's three jokes, because my brother is an INTP.

This guy is about as ISTP as it gets:

Despite severe dyslexia and a speech impediment, Blanchard was an absolute genius with his hands, the teacher recalls.
Blanchard had already abandoned his after-school job stocking groceries to pursue more lucrative opportunities, like fencing tens of thousands of dollars in goods stolen by department store employees he had managed to befriend. I could just tell who would work with me, he says. Its a gift, I guess.
He was noting the motion sensors in the corner, the type of screws on the case, the large windows nearby. To hear Blanchard tell it, he has a savantlike ability to assess security flaws, like a criminal Rain Man who involuntarily sees risk probabilities at every turn.
But Blanchards burgeoning criminal career was hard to ignore, as he often flaunted his ill-gotten gains. I wasnt surprised when the FBI came knocking one day, Flanagan says. Hed pull out a fistful of hundreds and peel one off to pay for pizza.
The take at this bank was a modest 60 grand, but the thrill mattered more than the money anyway. Blanchards ambition flowered, as did his technique.
It's all very stereotypically SP, and the way he calculates the systems in real time and has an obvious brilliance with mechanical systems, etc., seems very Ti...along with his Se-oriented quick reflexes, need for thrills, dexterity with his hands, and so on.

He doesn't seem like a J. He's very calculating, but only because he's smart and can adapt and calculate what to do very quickly. I think a J would have spent more than one night planning for all the variables and different contingency plans in case something went wrong--this guy saw the opportunity and was in there stealing it less than 24 hours later. That's SP for you.

Brilliant ISTP. He didn't really even care about the value--he was in it for the challenge and the thrill.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

There is no such thing as a "mastermind" who would be this unbelievably stupid:

    Ridiculous.
It was just Se short-sightedness in his youth. He learned and improved.

You have to admit he was pretty smart to figure out how to beat all of those surveillance and security systems, though.
