Default Reply to Reputation Comments HERE

Since the reputation function is so devoid of accountability, I thought I would make a thread which allows people to reply to comments made on their reputation page. Let that which was typed in darkness be exposed for all to see! So show us any comments which you want to whine about protest or seek some explanation for. There is of course no guarantee that the anonymous commenter will answer you, but you never know...

    My contribution:
This post elicited this pronouncement: "your comments are gross and mean-spirited."

My reply: Gross, okay I will grant that. But mean-spirited? Don't go visiting my intentions. Don't ever.

Wow. I'm sorry someone said that. I thought it was funny as hell. It happens to me a lot when I spit out random things that I then realize are innuendo. X3 But.. I do appreciate someone sticking up for me... or having concern for someone's feelings...or whatever you would consider it.

wtf? that was mean spirited! (the comment I mean)

does that mean I'll get a similar one now from whoever gave you that one?

But yeah I was thinking the same thing - I mean even ebay lets you respond to feedback to set the record straight!

I haven't started using the reputation system and haven't bothered to check on mine. I'm letting the sillies at it first then worrying about it after it becomes something to hold against me in the workings of this forum.

It reminds me of when I was describing Grandpa in the college's production of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. I believe I said in front of the whole class, "He was a disappointment because he lacked the enthusiasm he had in the movie. I imagine grandpa as an old man package of energy."

So that's why Grandpa could get out of bed and dance when Charlie got the Golden Ticket- that chocolate had Viagra in it!
