Just remembered another great movie~ In the name of the Father. The injustice and blind hatred made me angry and sad and yeah, weepy.

Yes. Me too. It's not about trying to be in control of yourself and appearing "tough" when there are other people around. It just doesn't have the same kind of effect when I'm not watching a movie by myself. I'm not only concentrating on what's going on on the screen and my reactions to it, I'm receiving signals from others around me as well, and that interferes somehow.

Hmmm, I normally don't cry during movies but I remember:

    1) In AI when the human mother abandons the AI son in the woods. I think I was already depressed or something, and man I cried! Not just eyes getting wet, it definitely got a reaction out of me.

    2) When I was watching the first 10 or so minutes of "Up". SONUVA. They just totally sneak up on you like "La da da, this is just a silly, fun cartoon" and then hit you in your gut. And I was NOT the only one, I could hear people sniffling around me. And it was 3D as well so it's not like you can pretend you aren't crying - you have to lift up your glasses so you can let the tears roll away and stop obstructing your view. Har har har.

I cry at movies often. Probably because I don't cry much otherwise.

    The Green Mile
Monsters Inc - actually many of those animated ones. Ice Age, Toy Story..etc.
    Marley and Me
    E.T
    Brian's Song
    Sophie's Choice
    Moulin Rouge
    Miracle
    Field of Dreams
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.
