Duh. Wait... I'm confused. What the hell IS a girl crush? Is this just a list of women we admire with a cutesy title attached to said admiration?
I also view it as non-sexual admiration, like looking up to a big sister; but there is a physical aspect to a girl crush, in that I often admire them for being beautiful (especially an "unusual" beauty, like a "jolie laide"), or having a cool style. Kind of how I might admire a sunset or a flower for their beauty and may even find them inspirational - it's not sexual, but it differs from just admiring another woman for her talent/accomplishments/intelligence.

    A couple more:
    Marion Cotillard
    Carla Bruni
Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)
