I would play with a pool of other people, dollar a week on those days when lottery is high. I have no problem sharing 9 million with a group of say 9. After taxes I would still break even and most likely earn some spending money. Chances are we would win I bet. It's kinda a hassle though after several years doing this, gets old, but like it's said, no pain, no gain.

    Staying on message.

But really my message is like the lottery - I am never going to win, but I get to send the same message every day.

And then as if by magic, I get a message or two or even three right back to me.

It's like the magic pudding - the more I eat, the more there is.

So when I post, I win the lottery every day.

And hate and love are just two sides of the same coin.

Your example runs the risk of sounding like Pavlov's dogs. If you need me to explain I can reluctantly.

I like reluctance. But perhaps you are right. Just as a meal calls up salivation in Pavlov's dogs, so a post calls up a reply.

It's a bit like the telephone which won't work if one voice doesn't call up another voice.

But do be reluctant for me, and reply Pavlovian to my post.

I buy scratch cards every once in a while... I've won about 25$ at most.
I usually spend 25%ish more than I win. Sometimes I have had streaks, though.
I figure that if I spent 5-10$ on scratch cards, and I win only like 25$, i'll spend all of that on new lottery tickets as it is only small potatoes anyway, and there is after all a chance of winning more.
In reality I never lost more money than those 5-10$ in the beginning even if I buy scratchies for like 35$.

So far, no millions... But i'm giving myself the chance, however slight.
I do this like two times a month, sometimes only one.

One day I decided to buy a lotto ticket once a week for a year. The end result I lost more than I won naturally. My best was $40 and another $20 or something. All up spent $400 or some and won $60-$90 with scratches for $2-$4 wins. Since then I do randomly buy a lotto ticket once a year for the hell of it when I'm in the mood.
