I want you to know that I didn't smile or laugh at that video. I didn't think it was funny either. It was an entertaining minute though, even though it took up a whole minute.

    Default cod liver oil

Fish oil is actually good for you. But as you can see in the video, we should never chew them, rather we should swallow the capsule whole.

And particularly for those of us going through a northern winter, the best fish oil is cod liver oil.

For cod liver oil will replace the vitamin D we normally get from summer sunshine and raise our mood and build strong bones.

Also cod liver oil is rich in omega 3 which is so lacking in our diet and so necessary for our health.

But there is no need to chew them.

    Way to go, Tater!

I used to take fish oil straight from the bottle (cheaper than pills, meh). I figured, after hearing how ultra nasty the stuff tasted, that opting for lemon flavour would be a safer bet. Big mistake. Big. Huge. The lemon taste was what got to me and not the fish oil itself. I ended up throwing half a bottle away. Nasty.

Yes, capsules of cod liver oil leave no taste at all, and they are easy to swallow.

I think I will have one now.

Victor actually has a point here.

There's a reason you "take" pills instead of eat them.
