Fi(Ne?) is the ability to instantly *feel* with every fiber of your being what someone is experiencing as they recount it coz your imagination just about makes you to through the same. The level of intensity in the experience may vary though, if the background of the other person is not consciously applied instead of your own, causing failure in syncing up.

Fi however is also the gift/curse to live in the extremes of feelings, meaning that intensity is at the core of what we do and it takes a lot of practice to a) get used to that and not fight it (mastering Fi) and b) tone it down for others and sync up with them (learning Fe) to their intensity level in order not to burn others.

    In contrast to Fe:

I've noticed that for INTJs, Fi is rather a way to express their deep hatred everywhere. Somehow, it works like a pressure valve.

Love and hate are the opposite heads of the same coin. Fi can manifests itself in both ways, let's not forget that.

And as a person who is almost devoid of any Fi, I'd say that if I lack ethics and love sarcasm, I'm also amongst the least vengeful person I know.

Ime, they're more black and white usually about expressing their Fi. They have a great capacity for love and will do anything to protect that person then, yet they can use their dislike of someone equally so to write them off and not look back (usually this gets backed up by facts though).

And as someone who claims to lack Fi, you're also amongst the biggest risk factors for Fi-users, as you have no clue how to treat Fi properly when you come accross is, causing pain and grief with the blink of an eye, or sheerly for your amusement. The fact that you're not likely to be vengeful is kinda irrelevant after that.
