i get really into public speaking if i can have props and visual aides. especially a chalkboard, that is great. i love chalkboards, i love to talk if i can ILLUSTRATE what i'm talking about.
but just talking, i can't sustain that for very long. i totally loose interest if i don't have participation.

I don't love it, but I do it when I need. I had two college presentations the other day. I put a ton of preparation into them, so I did a good job at conveying my points

For an introvert... I love presenting... assuming I have it prepared ahead of time of course.

Perhaps I'm just a closet E... I can never tell, but it's really fun. You literally see me bouncing around on the stage. I'm like KingFisher... I like stuff in my hands. There's nothing like drawing on the board and seeing the light bulb go off for people as you explain things. No politicians for me... I hate politics.

I used to be pretty nervous going up to talk though. Public speaking is definitely a skill you learn by practicing. So for people who're afraid to going up there, you just need to do it a few more rounds.

I used to get very nervous too. My first major speech was my high school valedictory. That was to hundreds of people so I guess after the baptism by fire, I became less nervous.

    I love it.

I love the feeling other people get, the questions they ask, the perspectives that change, the beliefs that are challenged, the laughters that burst, I like it all.

    I like it a lot.
