Default What do you need to feel "OK"?

If you had to make a list of what you needed to feel "ok" (i.e., emotionally neutral) what would be on it? It can be any number of things, be as detailed as you like but be sure to include your minimum requirements and not just things that improve your mood.

Food, some where to sleep, and an internet connection and I'm set.

I've never felt "OK" in my life.
I always wake up in an extra-super-spectacular mood.

    I'm not kidding.

The moment my eyes open I am happy and ready to go.
I bug the shit out of some people in the morning because of this.

If you want me to feel "OK" then I am going to need some Despondex:

I need hope, and the only way I can sustain hope is to ensure that I'm creeping, and hopefully racing toward my goals in life. If that forward momentum screeches to a halt, or worse, if I'm bumped backwards, then I become alive to the present, which is the very thing I most wish to escape.
