Just a small school I went through, but I'll be something of an "systems expert" or something like that.
It includes all the Microsoft MSCA -type studies, plus newer versions of Windows Servers, and bit about Linux. It's mostly about planning centrally managed computer systems for large enterprises, with all the usual classes of enterprise applications added, skills for troubleshooting, support, planning and such.
It took just a year as the education was a shortened form for experts in the field. About 3-5 years of relevant workplace experience, administrating large networks, was required. That, or similar skills.
I'll just write a small addition to my final work and it's done. Should be done by the end of this week, but I'm in no hurry. Whee!
