I agree with boring. Not to mention that some days I just can't stand myself. I also love having friends who will challenge me to try things that I normally would never to choose to do for myself.

Most people would adapt their function in such a way as to migrate into typical roles for other types.

    Nothing would really change.

Society is not uniform by nature. Economics would force jobs to be done, of course, but the society itself would not resemble our current society. Society emerges from the individuals that make it up, both past and present.

There would probably be a lot less people after a little while.

I disagree with this idea. Societies emerge and grow from the need for group survival. Individuals serve mostly to catalyze change.

The dynamics necessary for group survival seem fairly type-independent.

All I envision is lots of people sitting around chanting. Getting very little done but being very particular about just how that nothing is done. There are universally accepted and predictable meal times, conversation times, alone times, and no noise after dark... the globe is effectively one giant monastry.

Competitive sport has not been invented, but we do punish our bodies for the sake of spiritual purity.

A lot more wacky cults. A lot more religious wars which are still fought with swords and divinely invoked powers, as these seem more honorable. To eliminate the need for maps and people who can read them, no one travels anywhere... in the corporeal body. Air's nice and clean though.
