    from the same person who has a male dog wearing a pink collar (he chose it!) ..... Let the kid dress however- if he gets made fun of, oh well, now he knows not to dress as a fairy! just carry an extra costume with you to change!

    (yeah- I tended to dress as a pirate for haloween as a kid- now I dress as a pirates wench! )

    I'd tell him it's commonly for girls, but I'd buy him the fucking costume. I don't think it necessarily reflects on his gender-identification, sexuality, or whatever the fuck.
