Default Is there any type you have "given up" on?

Is there any type you have found is just bad news for you?

I think I've found one.. I like them until they bite my arm off and hide in the corner blaming me for having my arm in their mouth.

I think the intial "getting along" makes it all the harder to catch it before I get my arm bitten off!

Of course, I'm a wuss so I'm not posting what type it is, but feel free to post types that drive you crazy.

If it comes to it, the one type I'd give up on would be the ESTJs. This is only because of certain experiences though. I wouldn't however give up on them unless they are following the stereotype step by step. And though the stereotypes aren't many, there still are.

    Kindea, yeah.

I've gotten to a point where I really understand where they are coming from, but the way they do things just really clashes with what works best for me so I avoid them

No. At least not yet. Most probably it won't happen either. I just can't take a person's type as the determining factor. It's still about that particular person.

I don't think ESTJs will ever see eye to eye...at least not yet in any substantial manner. (oddly enough however, I get along great with ESTPs)
I redact everything I have written or will write on this forum prior to, subsequent with and or after the fact of its writing. For entertainment purposes only and not to be taken seriously nor literally.

Totally agree; there's just too many individual variables. A "type" has certain preferances and generic traits, but these can be displayed in many, many, many different and diverse ways.

One person may be an inspiring leader, the next may be a cruel tyrant, yet both be the same type. There's alot more factors than "just" type.

Type just happens to give yeu a generalized view on how they think about things, and whot they value. It doesn't get into explainations as to their motivations, their mindset as a whole, or other such concepts.

As such, can't go "ZOMG I HATE INTJ'S! They're all a bunch of jerks!"

Because obviously, they're not. At least not some of them. There's certain types yeu'll find yeu clash with far more commonly. The most common of these, that I've noticed, are the E/I and J/P swaps. There may be other combos that seem to be worse though.

That being said, just because 'most' will cause yeu issues, it's a bad idea to assume 'all'.
