Default Please help with possible explanations for this photo!

I have seriously been ruminating over this picture for the past 2 days. PLEASE, help me with any possible explanations as I am still coming up totally lost. I'm open to hearing any story, explanation or illumination you have to offer.

Her outfit matches the flowers on the trees.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

There's a horse in the picture! I didn't even notice it the last time I looked at this pic.

Meh. That's easy. The guy holding the sewing machine is obviously a tailor and he was running late for some big party for tailors and while he was riding in his amphibious van, he was so busy with finishing up his suit that he crashed onto the shore (or at least I hope that's some kind of a river there).

The cops are there to (I have no idea what cops actually do in the accident scene) investigate or report or whatever the accident. The guy in brown suit is the eye witness.

And the accident-prone tailor is so happy because he finally managed to finish his suit, get out of the van alive and save his precious sewing machine, which is obviously his date to the party. Awww. Colour coordinated.
