Default Convince someone they're not their type

    Yes. convince them.

You who portray yourself as INTP, I saw you not being nerdy at 11:12 am at the corner of 2nd street and that place with that good bakery which sells awesome donuts. You know you just gave yourself in.

You ISFJ, you just portrayed yourself not at all in such motherly way. Now your type is at suspect. You know I'm watching you.

You ENFP. You know whom I'm talking about. (or not. Huh. Whom I'm talking about?) You told something intelligent, pertaining to a stable system of things. You know such things belong to TJ. NF have no interest about anything stable. No, I won't hear you being NF. You may have been NF at other times. But at the time you told something non-fluffy, you were not an NF. When you resumed talking about fluffy stuff, you were NF again. This way the consistency about type and behavior is preserved.

Hey, why you're dragging me away in a straight jacket? I'm talking all good stuff.

    Believe me.

    (shouts from across the hall

NF only talk about fluffy stuff! NT only about nerdy stuff! Crossing the border is like bending the lines between gender!

    Nooo!!

    (The sound is muffled)

Jaguar, my friend, wouldn't you please engage in some thinking to understand what I write? I'm not writing all of these things to confuse you, or anyone. There's a bit of a joke in these things, but a serious part as well. Why are you so confused?

Edit: or better described, there's a light mood involved, but and honest and true mood. Yet it's a light mood. I'd like you to understand.

Ok.. I don't know the English equivalent of what we have it in Finnish: "vääntää rautalangasta".. I might describe it as making it as "making it fu*king obvious to someone".

People don't understand the flexibility within person, and the inequivalence between personality and behavior.

Thus they complain if type X doesn't act like their stereotype.

Get a damned clue now, PLEASE!

Do you read what film critics say?

"character X in movie Y was too one-sided, she had no depth at all".

What is the reason of such complaints?

Real people exhibit more depth than type descriptions.

Or, more depth than people in the average action movie.

People have more depth than the average type description.

Get over it, and don't let it destroy your world view completely.

Why 'she' and not 'he'. You must be a sexist. Yea, now I'm just judging you.
